Privacy Policy:
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
Exchange/Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with Mason & Mia Cosmetics, you have 30 Days to Exchange or Return your product.
1. Exchange for the same product.
2. Exchange for similar product in another shade or color.
3. Exchange for another product with same retail value.
4. Exchange for refund.
Returned products will only be accepted if product(s) have been unused and unopened.
Sales Tax:
Mason & Mia Cosmetics is required by law to charge current sales tax on orders shipped to California and New York addresses. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states.
USPS Ground Service / Domestic and International Shipping:
Delivery time may vary depending upon your geographical location and/or order processing date. Orders requesting shipment to the East Coast are delivered usually within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that USPS Ground is available in the 48 states and 190 Countries. Delivery to some destinations may take up to 7-10 business days. Generally, most metropolitan areas should receive delivery within 4 days.

UPS Next Day Air $25.00
All orders will be processed during weekdays excluding holidays. Mason & Mia Cosmetics is not liable for any unanticipated delays.
Payment Methods:
If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Paypal for all online orders.
You may also call 516-467-4727 to make an order over the phone. If you use a credit card, your order will ship immediately. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship 5 business days after we receive your check and it has cleared.
Fraud Protection:
We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we will reject your order and we will call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
